Parent & Child Aerial Yoga
Service Description
A calm and enriching class designed to deepen the parent–child bond through mindful movement. This guided aerial yoga experience combines playful suspension, calming breathwork, light stretches, and supported inversions to build strength, confidence, and connection. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, this is not a soft-play or free-play session. Children are expected to follow simple instructions, use equipment only when invited, and move safely within the space. Parents remain responsible for supporting their child throughout the class. This class may not be suitable for children who struggle with boundaries, impulse control, or shared group environments. Booking includes one adult and one child. Limited to three pairs to ensure space and support. Please select one participant when booking.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please note the following: • Parental Supervision: Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of their child throughout the class. • One Adult per Child: Each child must be accompanied by one participating adult to ensure adequate support during all activities. • Respectful Participation: We ask that both adults and children follow the teacher’s instructions at all times and treat the space, equipment, and fellow participants with care and respect. • Health & Safety: Please let us know of any injuries, health conditions, or special requirements for you or your child before the session begins. • Suitable Ages: This class is designed for children aged 6 to 11 years. If you’re unsure whether your child is ready, feel free to contact us to discuss. By attending this class, you agree to take full responsibility for your child’s participation and wellbeing during the session.
