Service Description

An elegant and enriching experience designed to deepen the parent-child bond through mindful movement in the air. This class gently introduces you and your child (ages 6-11) to the art of aerial yoga. Combining playful suspension with calming breath work, light stretches and supported inversions. Expect a calm, supportive atmosphere where connection, trust and joy are nurtured through movement. This class is priced per hammock so please book one per attendee.
